Suppose you have nice real estate plot. One day you are planning to build there big house but in short-term one of the Easyhome solutions would suite you. Why not rent it? At the end of the rent contract you will have three options: prolong the contract, buy out or quit the contract. In case of quitting we will remove the house and you will be able to fulfill you ideas with the plot.
