Easyhome Modular
The aperture fillings are made of insulated glass units; the walls have 100 mm polystyrene foam insulation. The wall panels are finished with plywood and bords. Floor and the ceiling insulation thickness is 150mm.
The standard packing does not include furnishing neither the sliding doors. Cabling can be installed if required.
The wet module can either be regular or with a sauna. In case of sauna, the walls are insulated with glass wool and aluminium foil and the sweating room interior is finished with aspen.
In case of a regular wet module the walls are finished with dark ebonized birch plywood, floors are made of PVC with humidity-proof plywood under it.
The standard packing does not include the glass walls neither the sanitary ware, but the displayed furnishing can be purchased as an extra. Cabling and plumbing can be installed if required.
The terrace complements the look of the building while creating an extra space for out-door dining or for storing your garden furniture. The terrace surface can be expanded and the roof can cover either half or the entire terrace.
One solution for the door aperture filling has been displayed. You can use regular up-and over doors instead of the glass sliding doors if required as well as choose the appropriate insulation level.
